Regional Group Overview
Our roots derive from The Regional Group of Companies Inc. (“Regional Group”), a sixty-seven-year-old family business that is now in its third generation. Regional Group is a vertically integrated real estate investment, development and management firm focused in Canada’s National Capital Region: Ottawa-Gatineau. Cliffbrake engages Regional Group to manage its real estate investment properties and developments.
Investment Properties
Cliffbrake invests in many revenue-producing investment properties in Ottawa-Gatineau, including residential developments (low rise and high rise), industrial buildings, office buildings (many tenanted with government tenants), and retail properties.
